I can honestly say that I have enjoyed my time serving as the Receiver of Taxes over the years. The work itself is challenging, as I bear responsibility for the handling and recording of more than $33 million in annual Town Revenues. Throughout my time in this position I have continually strived to fulfill the mission of the office in an efficient manner, and to be responsive and helpful to all of the residents.

PHIL MALONE - TOWN COUNCIL

Born in Albany and raised in East Greenbush, Phil Malone has strong ties to East Greenbush. One of five children of Bill and Joan Malone, a local entrepreneur and former Tax Receiver of East Greenbush, respectively, he began working at his parents’ businesses and on their campaigns at an early age. He graduated from Columbia High School in 1997, and was actively involved in sports and student council.

SUE MANGOLD - TOWN COUNCIL

It has been a pleasure serving as your representative on the Town Board this past year. I have enjoyed meeting many of you at Community Events around Town.

It has also been a great pleasure working with many of the employees of the Town. We are very fortunate to have such dedicated workers taking care of our needs. These folks have strong roots in the Town and it shows in the care they take in getting things done, and in their flexibility working together to keep us moving forward.
